Captain
The Captain is a rotating single origin coffee. That means all the beans come from the same farm and crop. Single origin coffees will take on different flavor notes based on the elevation at which they were grown, the soil, the process by which they were harvested, etc. The Captain is a great way to experience coffee from different parts of the world.
Koke
Koke is a single origin Ethiopian coffee. Coffee originated in Ethiopia, believed to be originally discovered by goat herders. Koke is bright and fruity, a little funky, and one of our favorites.
Seafarer
We took coffees from three major coffee regions from around the world and carefully blended them together to create a unique espresso blend. While we use our seafarer blend for espresso in the shop, it also stands on its own as a great cup of coffee. If you are searching for a guaranteed crowd please for a broad range of flavor preferences, the Seafarer is a great choice.
Nightwatch
For the Nightwatch, we blend Brazilian and Guatemalan coffee to create the flavor you typically expect. Nightwatch is dark and bold without a bitter aftertaste. If you are buying for people who want that traditional coffee-taste, you want the Nightwatch.
